 Dr. Calayag Announces His Departure
 We are sad to annouce the departure of Dr. Calayag from our
 practice. He has decided after many years of dedicated service 
 that it is time to move on from our pracitce. He will be missed
 by many, and we all wish him well!

 Merck & Co., Inc. Withdraws Vioxx from market
 Studys showed an increased risk of cardiovascular events after
 18 months of use. Due to this risk factor, ALL patients that are
 currently taking Vioxx are advised to stop taking it immediately
 and call DuPage Family Medicine to get a new prescription written
 for another medicine.
