 Billing Department
 If you have a question concerning a bill you recieved, would
 like to know if you have a balance on your account, or have a
 question regarding insurance policies, feel free to contact our
 Billing Department Monday through Friday between the hours of
 8:30am and 4:30pm. You may contact our billing department

 DEXA Screening
 Our facility offers convienient, state of the art, Bone Density 
 Screening for Osteoporosis. It is recommened that women over the 
 age of 45 and men over the age of 50 get screened at least
 once every 2 years. If you would like more info, or would like
 set up an appointment, please call us today!

 Medical Records
 If you are in need of your medical records, please contact our
 Medical Record Department at 630-778-4749. Our Medical Record
 Department handles all requests on Mondays. Most record requests
 have a charge associated with them. Our current charge for
 records is $20 for processing and $.25 per page. If you have a 
 small record, then you will not be charged. It is up to the 
 record department to determine this.
